Typical Case
Solution: Adopt deep and rapid precipitation consolidation method to achieve better consolidation of soil and better meet the design requirements.
Project Overview: The overall site of this project consists of two main areas. The western side of the site is mainly composed of loess, with a thin layer of silt (0.5~1.8m) on top. The central-eastern part of the site is mainly composed of blown silt, with a depth of 10~11m. The soil is in a flowing state with high water content, and the site has extremely poor soil conditions.
Project Challenges: The construction site has a high clay content, and multiple construction companies have failed to complete the replacement.
Solution: Deep trenches are dug around the construction site to separate the surrounding water from flowing into the site. Shallow trenches are excavated within the site, and bulldozers are used for preloading to drain the surface water from the shallow trenches. Deep layer rapid dewatering consolidation method is employed to discharge the deep water. This ensures that the construction site can better meet the design requirements.
Typical Cases
Project Overview: The proposed project consists of Workshop 1, Workshop 2, Spray Painting Workshop, Galvanizing Workshop, and Class A Warehouse. The importance level of this project is Level 3, and it belongs to Level 2 site and Level 2 foundation.
Project Challenges: The construction site is poor, with a high groundwater level, and the bearing capacity requirement is 16t.
