Project Manager
Business Assistant
Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare project construction plans;
2. Responsible for the entire process of construction management from construction preparation to acceptance and delivery, visa settlement;
3. Responsible for arranging, coordinating, and managing construction personnel;
4. Responsible for communication and coordination between construction site, owner, management company, and supervision company;
5. Strictly implement the company's financial system, effectively control the use and recovery of various project contingency funds, and prepare related forms;
6. Complete the work of original visa records, improvement, inspection, and handover of all technical documents and materials at the construction site.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above;
2. Major in construction engineering, those with a construction engineer qualification certificate are preferred, at least two years of project manager work experience;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and organizational coordination ability;
4. Overseas work experience is preferred;
5. Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain customer relationships, develop market business, and explore potential customers;
2. Responsible for collecting, tracking, and analyzing project information;
3. Responsible for company's business bidding management, including bidding planning, bidding organization, bidding process tracking, and bidding result analysis;
4. Responsible for communication and coordination with various departments within the company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Experience as a business assistant or in marketing is preferred;
3. Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, fluent in Chinese and English;
4. Overseas work experience is preferred;
5. Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
